Your culinary experience begins in the charming Getsemaní neighborhood at the meeting point (Av. Pedregal #29-225). Upon arrival, you will receive a warm welcome with a refreshing drink before immersing yourself in the art of Colombian cuisine. Depending on the day and time, you can choose between two starting options: 10:30 am or 5:00 pm, and enjoy an exciting 3-hour gastronomic journey.
You will be guided by a professional bilingual chef, and learn how to prepare a delicious three-course menu, using fresh and traditional ingredients from the Colombian Caribbean. Classes vary depending on the day of the week, allowing you to choose between preparing the famous Posta Cartagenera, the exquisite Pargo Rojo Encocado, the delicious Seafood Casserole, or the typical Pescado al Cabrito and Arepa de Huevo. If you prefer something fresher and lighter, you can also opt for a class dedicated to making Ceviches.
As you follow the chef`s instructions, you will discover local culinary techniques and secrets, while intoxicating aromas fill the kitchen.
At the end, you will share the table with your classmates, savoring the menu you have created accompanied by a glass of wine and a pleasant conversation.

1) Posta Cartagenera Menu
* Cheese nickname
* Posta cartagenera, rice with coconut, bananas in temptation accompanied by avocado chili
* Sweet tree tomato

2) Red Snapper Encocado
* Three types of Carimañolas (crab, cheese and ground meat).
* Encocado red snapper, accompanied by coconut rice and patacones.

3) Menu Fish with goat and egg arepa
* Arepa and egg with hogao
* Goat fish (Local fish in banana leaves) accompanied by cassava gnocchi

4) Ceviche Menu
* Sea bass ceviche with plantain and lemongrass emulsion
* Shrimp and snail cocktail
* Vegetarian coconut, mango and flower ceviche
