The experience begins with an approximately 40-minute walk along a pleasant trail surrounded by the characteristic vegetation of the Galápagos Islands. As we progress, the landscape gradually reveals the beauty of this protected environment, until we reach the expansive white sand beach and the intense blue of the ocean that make Tortuga Bay one of the most special spots in the archipelago.
Here we`ll have time to walk along the coast, admire the scenery, and capture photographs of this spectacular natural landscape. The area also offers the opportunity to observe some of the species that make the Galápagos Islands unique, such as marine iguanas, pelicans, and other coastal birds, always in their natural habitat.
We`ll continue to Playa Mansa, a tranquil bay sheltered by mangroves, where the calm waters invite you to enjoy a refreshing swim and a moment of genuine connection with nature. This will be the perfect time to relax, enjoy the natural surroundings, and experience the essence of the Galápagos Islands at a peaceful pace, far from the daily grind.
After a morning surrounded by unforgettable scenery, we`ll return with memories of one of Santa Cruz`s most iconic beaches. You`ll have free time for lunch on your own and to continue enjoying the rest of the day.
