Day 1: Arrival in Baltra. Exploration of Black Turtle Cove.

Your adventure through the magical Galapagos Islands begins upon arrival at Baltra Airport, where you will be greeted by a naturalist guide certified by the National Park. From the very first moment, you will discover the incredible biodiversity and unique landscapes that make this archipelago one of the most fascinating destinations on the planet.

BLACK TURTLE COVE – PM

We`ll begin our expedition by exploring Black Turtle Cove, a natural sanctuary surrounded by mangroves and tranquil turquoise waters. We`ll navigate by panga through narrow channels inhabited by sea turtles, reef sharks, rays, and numerous seabirds.

This protected ecosystem is an important breeding area for green turtles and a true paradise for nature lovers and photographers.

Day 2: Genovesa, the paradise of birds

DARWIN BAY – AM

Wake up surrounded by one of the most impressive seabird colonies on Genovesa Island. Darwin Bay offers an extraordinary environment where frigatebirds, boobies, and gulls constantly soar above the volcanic landscape.

During the walk you can see sea lions resting on the beach, marine iguanas and several endemic species of Darwin`s finches.

THE RAVINE - PM

In the afternoon we will visit El Barranco, famous for its impressive lava cliffs and abundant wildlife. This area is home to colonies of seabirds and great horned owls that hunt among the volcanic crevices.

In the rocky areas it is also possible to observe fur seals resting by the sea.

Day 3: Volcanic landscapes and Galapagos penguins

SULLIVAN BAY – AM

Explore one of the best-preserved lava fields in Sullivan`s Bay and discover how the volcanic islands of the Galápagos were born. We`ll walk across pahoehoe lava formations while observing the amazing adaptations of life in this extreme environment.

Penguins, pelicans, and Galapagos hawks can be spotted along the coast.

BARTOLOMÉ - PM

In the afternoon we will ascend to the emblematic island of Bartolomé, famous for offering one of the most spectacular panoramic views in the entire archipelago.

From the top you can admire the famous Pinnacle Rock, the volcanic cones and the crystal clear waters where penguins and colorful tropical fish live.

Day 4: Sea lion colonies on volcanic islands

CHINESE HAT - AM

Discover the small islet of Chinese Hat, famous for its perfect volcanic shape and coral sand beaches surrounded by turquoise waters.

This is one of the best places to observe Galapagos penguins and sea lions in their natural habitat.

MOSQUE – PM

We continued our journey to Mosquera Islet, home to a large colony of sea lions. Its white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters create the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the local wildlife.

Day 5: Charles Darwin Research Station. End of expedition.

TRANSFER TO BALTRA AIRPORT – PM
