The adventure will begin at 7:00 a.m. from Bucaramanga, where you will be picked up to begin the journey to the Chicamocha National Park, one of the most emblematic jewels of Santander. Upon arrival at the park, the impressive view of the Chicamocha Canyon will greet you, offering you a natural spectacle unique in Colombia.
The first stop will be at the Farmers Market, an organic market built with stones, earth and molasses, where you can walk among its 188 stalls and learn more about the artisanal wealth of the region.
Then, you will head to the Plazoleta de las Costumbres, where you will prepare for the exciting cable car ride. This journey, 25 to 30 minutes and more than six kilometers long, will allow you to cross the canyon while enjoying unparalleled panoramic views. Around noon, you will enjoy a typical Santanderean lunch, a delicious opportunity to taste the most representative flavors of the region, such as goat, pepitoria and arepas de maíz pelao.
After lunch, we will continue the tour with a visit to the Monument to Santandereanidad, an imposing sculpture located on a tobacco leaf that represents the struggle and courage of the people of Santander. From there, we will head to the Mirador del Cañón, where you will have a spectacular 360-degree view, allowing you to appreciate the magnitude of this natural phenomenon.
In the mid-afternoon, You will be able to enjoy a snack that will give you energy to continue exploring. You will have the option of adding a visit to the Aquapark (extra paid service), a recreational space with slides and pools, ideal for relaxing and having fun under the Santander sun. If you prefer, you can also continue exploring the park with a visit to the Guane Museum, where you will learn more about the rich cultural history of the region`s ancient settlers.
Finally, around 4:00 p.m., we will begin the return to Bucaramanga, closing an unforgettable day in the heart of Santander, full of nature, history and adventure.
