The tour begins with the pick-up of the passengers from their hotel in El Calafate. In the event that they are not staying in an authorized hotel (airbnb, private house), the meeting point will be at the ACA Parking Beach or at the roundabout of the Secretary of Tourism.
A true multi-adventure excursion, we will depart in a 4x4 along the mythical Route 40 to the Río Santa Cruz, one of the most important watercourses in Argentina. There, after gearing up and a technical talk from our experienced guide, we`ll start paddling down the river.
During the 15 km of navigation, we will have the opportunity to admire geological formations, fossil remains and a wide variety of fauna, elements that inspired Darwin on his mythical journey through these lands.
We will finally arrive at the Estancia El Rincón, where a well-deserved lunch by the river awaits us!
The tour will end with the return to the passengers` hotels in El Calafate.
