The tour begins with the passengers` pick-up from their hotel in El Calafate. In case you are not staying in an authorized hotel (airbnb, private home), the meeting point will be at the ACA Parking Lot or at the roundabout of the Secretary of Tourism.
A true multi-adventure excursion, we will depart in a 4x4 along the mythical Route 40 to the Santa Cruz River, one of the most important waterways in Argentina. There, after getting equipped and receiving a technical briefing from our experienced guide, we will begin paddling downriver.
During the 15 km navigation, we will have the opportunity to admire geological formations, fossil remains and a wide variety of fauna, elements that inspired Darwin on his mythical voyage through these lands.
We will finally arrive at the Estancia Río Bote, where a well-deserved lunch on the banks of the river will await us!
The tour will end with the return of the passengers to the hotels in El Calafate.
