This former Mansion built at the end of the 19th century, was the residence of an Ecuadorian tobacco mogul, who entertained his guests and buyers in the large and comfortable spaces on the ground floor, while he and his family used the first floor as a private residence.

The property is part of UNESCO`s heritage.
