Details of Day Tours

The tour begins with pick-up from hotels in downtown Quito. Then, we travel for about three hours west through a beautiful forest to the riverbanks.

Once we arrive, a specialized guide will provide us with life jackets, helmets, and a safety briefing. Then, we`ll split into groups for an intensive paddling practice session in the boat with our guide.

The rafting trip lasts approximately 3.5 hours. During the experience, you can expect both the thrill of whitewater rafting and the tranquility of drifting silently through the rainforest. You`re guaranteed to get wet, but you`ll also have the opportunity to be immersed in the sounds of the forest and see wildlife up close.

During the trip we will stop at the riverbank for a delicious picnic lunch and to end this adventure, we will celebrate the day with some ice-cold beers and return to Quito at approximately 7:00pm.
