Day 1: Welcome to the Amazon
At 11:00 am, arrival in the Cuyabeno area and transfer to the lodge by boat. Along the way, you`ll have your first encounter with the rainforest and its biodiversity. In the afternoon, enjoy a spectacular sunset over the lagoon and an introduction to this fascinating ecosystem.
Day 2: Exploration and Wildlife
An early start to explore the rainforest and observe its incredible flora and fauna. During the day, you can spot monkeys, exotic birds, and other animals in their natural habitat. At night, an exciting excursion to observe caimans and the Amazonian nocturnal wildlife.
Day 3: Adventure in the deep jungle
Venture deeper into the reserve by exploring its trails and rivers. Learn about medicinal plants, traditional cuisine, and ancestral customs in a local community, and observe wildlife such as anacondas, turtles, and tapirs. A day filled with connection to nature in its purest form.
Day 4: Sailing and pink dolphins
Navigate rivers and lagoons surrounded by breathtaking scenery. This is the best time to try and spot the famous pink river dolphins. Enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and another unforgettable Amazonian sunset.
Day 5: Farewell to paradise
After breakfast, we`ll return by boat along the river, with one last chance to observe wildlife. The experience concludes, leaving you with unique memories of the Ecuadorian Amazon.
