We will begin this day of history, art and culture with pick-up at your accommodation in Bogotá. The driver guide will look for you starting at 07AM.
We will leave behind the Colombian capital to immerse ourselves in a 3-hour trip to the department of Boyacá, on the way we will discover stories while enjoy the beautiful Colombian landscapes. Our first stop will be at the historic Boyacá Bridge, where we will have breakfast and remember the crucial event that marked the destiny of Colombia: the final battle for independence.
With renewed energy, we will continue our path to Villa de Leyva, a colonial jewel declared a national monument in 1954. There, a local guide will accompany us on a fascinating tour of thecobbled streets and historical monuments. In addition, we will have the opportunity to explore the Paleontological Research Center Museum (CIP Museum), where we will discover the fascinating palaeontological finds of the region.
After the guided tour, you will have free time to explore the rocky corners of Villa de Leyva, visit the church, have lunch and marvel at the historical architecture of this town that seems frozen in time.
About 03 PM we will head to Ráquira, known as the artisan capital of Colombia. Its colorful streets and the decorations of the houses will captivate you while we explore its colonial center. During the visit, you will be able to tour artisan workshops, admire their unique works and take a little piece of Ráquira`s charm with you to your home.

With the sunset as a backdrop, we will return to Bogotá, full of unforgettable memories and with the satisfaction of having experienced a full day of cultural enrichment and discovery in the charming towns of Villa de Leyva and Ráquira. Approximate arrival in Bogotá: 9 to 10 PM.
