This experience starts at 10:00 am when we pick you up at the hotels.
The car will head to the Palermo Viejo neighborhood, where you will be welcomed by the host. There a presentation is made and they will tell you what your day will be like.
The first thing you do, is light the fire and They will begin to prepare the salads and the chimichurri sauce that will accompany their meal.
Around 11:15 am they will go out and visit with Frank , the local square, the butcher shop where they will compare cuts of beef, the bakery and a wine store. Along the way they will stop to admire the local street art. Once they are back at the house, they will begin to taste the “picada” and it will be explained to them how Fernet is made with Coca.
Before sitting at the table to start eating, there will be an explanation and demonstration of how to roast the different cuts of meat on the Argentine grill.
And to finish the lunch, a dessert known as will be served “vigilante” which consists of cheese and a sweet that can be quince or sweet potato sweets, while having some delicious mates.
The service ends once lunch is over.
