Details of Tigre Delta With Boat Trip

Our Tigre Delta with Boat Trip begins with all our guests being picked up from their hotels in our comfortable, air-conditioned bus. We’ll then travel along the Avenida Costanera, parallel to the Río de la Plata and one of the prime places for incredible views of the river.

Our first stop will be in the province of San Isidro. Here, our guides will take you round the beautiful Catedral de San Isidro and the amazing homes of former aristocratic porteña families. We’ll then hop back on the bus and continue with our journey to Tigre. Once we arrive, we’ll have a relaxing 40-minute catamaran ride around the delta where you can see the little islands, formed as the rivers and streams run around each other.

You’ll also notice the difference in the lifestyle here: the floating boats, rafts, river taxis and even shops have all adapted to the different conditions. We’ll pass houses on stilts and the house-turned-museum of the former president, Sarmiento.

At the end of our boat trip, we’ll head back onto the bus and begin our return trip to Buenos Aires.

I was wondering what to do and i got a recommendation to go to Tigre. It is 30 km north of the city and it is an area full of Rivers. we did a nice boat trip and we enjoyed the company of the cute guide Narina. I would d it again if visiting Bue.

Loved Tigre

Booked a great tour of the Tigre delta through Tangol. Much cheaper than what my hotel offered and very professional tour with an excellent English speaking guide named Sara. We were served by Mateo who was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He speaks English, French and Spanish and did a great job setting us up: wish we had found Tangol (and Mateo!) at the start of our trip instead of at the end.
