* Keep in mind that Bahía Concha is part of the ecosystem of the Tayrona National and Natural Park, so your visit involves following all park regulations.
* During the closures of Tayrona Park (June 1 - 15 and October 19 - November 2) the tour is made to Inca Inca Beach
* The entry of ice, food and drinks into the marina is prohibited. The boat has cava, ice and bar sales
* During navigation, the use of a life jacket is mandatory.
* In case of navigation restrictions due to weather conditions given by the DIMAR (maritime authority), the tour will be carried out to another of the authorized destinations such as Bahía de Granate, Playa Grande or Inca Inca. There will be no refund if navigation to the Tayrona is restricted. Refunds are only made if navigation is completely restricted or there is a storm.
* Keep in mind that in the Inca Inca area, it is prohibited by DIMAR to swim in the anchoring area. Failure to comply with this rule implies incurring a fine and/or affecting the activity with the immediate return to the port.
* We recommend that you take care of the items provided by the boat, in case you lose the mask, you will have to pay a cost of $70,000 COP pesos, and the kayak or paddle paddle will cost $170,000 COP
