a place full of life and color where local farmers offer the
freshest and most authentic products from the region. Together with our chef, you will have
the opportunity to personally select the ingredients we will use
in our culinary experience. Between
fish, meats, a variety of seafood, more than 200 types of native potatoes,
chilote garlic, country cheese, ulmo honey and vegetables from SIPAM gardens
(Ingenious World Agricultural Heritage Sites), you will choose the best that
Chiloé has to offer.
With the ingredients
selected, we will head to the charming Peninsula
of Rilán, a place of natural beauty and tranquility. Here in a home
cozy with spectacular views of the Bay of
Castro, we will settle in to cook and share.
