The tour begins in the morning, with the departure from the selected hotels to go to the monument of Christ the Redeemer, which is located at the top of Corcovado, at an altitude of 710 meters above sea level. It is one of the most visited tourist spots in the city, and has also been recently named one of the Wonders of the Modern World.
From the top the view is paradisiacal! We can see several beaches, the Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon, Maracanã, the city center and the north, among other places. The ascent to the monument of Christ the Redeemer is done in a van or in the historical streetcar (depending on the option chosen). It is an ecological tour, since this area is part of the Tijuca Forest National Park, considered the largest urban forest in the world.
Then we will visit the Maracana Stadium, where we will have the option of taking a guided tour of it, and then finish the tour by returning to the passengers' hotels, passing by the main historical attractions of the city, such as the Historical Center and the Metropolitan Cathedral.
