The tasting experience at the Fogón Uriarte or Fogón Gorriti restaurants (your choice) will allow you to enter a world of delicacies. Starting at 7:30 p.m. this sensory journey of smells and flavors will begin.

The welcome cocktail will mark the beginning of this adventure. Then, in the exclusive lounge, you will taste a 9-course menu that professional chefs have specially designed, from starters to desserts, where each dish is a masterpiece and the grill will be the star.

To enhance the flavors, you will enjoy a traditional wine pairing and the glasses will be raised to toast the company and the good food.

Around 10 p.m., when you have tried all the eccentric dishes, the aroma of coffee will envelop you and this is where the tasting will end.
