Service starts at 7:00 p.m. we`ll be waiting for you with your apronand a welcome drink, of course with a cheese board and chipa to accompany and whet your appetite.
With the help of the chef from Fogon Asado, we will have the opportunity to learn all about Argentine barbecue. We will work directly on the grill, learning how to light the fire and make the famous Salsa Criolla and Chimichurri.
In addition, they will tell us about cooking different cuts of beef and pork, and what technique to use to cook sausages and provoleta on the grill.
Finally, we will be served a pancake with dulce de leche and peaches with cream, two great Argentine desserts. During dinner, a selection of wines will be offered, including a white wine and a red wine.
Service concludes at 11:00 p.m., leaving guests with an unforgettable experience and new culinary skills.
