We will pick you up at your hotel, at the Port or at the Bus Terminal located in the center of Colonia del Sacramento.
From there we will start this tour for this captivating city. First we will go to the industrial zone, then we will go through the Ferrando Park, the Real de San Carlos to visit the San Benito Chapel, the Nicolás Mihanovich Complex and the Bullring.
To complement this experience, we will take route 21 and go to the Car´s Museum Manuquita located 15 kilometers from the city. We will have the opportunity to explore the fascinating collection of vintage cars, tractors and farm machinery.
We will be transported to other times thanks to the themed exhibitions that are there and that allow us to observe a diversity of antiques such as telephones, watches, typewriters , and bicycles from bygone eras.
After visiting the museum, We will move to the Historical Quarter of Colonia del Sacramento, declared a Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. We will walk through its cobbled streets to appreciate the Portón de Campo, Spanish and Portuguese buildings from the colonial era, the Monastery of San Francisco, the Lighthouse, the Plaza Mayor, the famous Calle de los Suspiros and the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament. .
To finish, we will have Free time for lunch (optional), visit the craft fair or tour on your own. Afterwards, we will go back by vehicle to the central hotels, Port or Colonia Bus Terminal.
