After being picked up from your hotel in downtown Punta del Este, we will take route 10, passing through Punta Ballena, during a 45 minute trip.
Upon arrival in Piriápolis, we will find the Sculpture Trilogy of the artist Don Francisco Piria.
We will start on Avenida 25 de Mayo where we will see the beautiful Venus Fountain standing tall , built in marble, a classic work of the Greek temple, surrounded by gardens, a children`s playground and other small sculptures that delight the eye .
We will continue to the Historical Monument El Cerro del Toro, the second fountain of the creator Piria, made of iron and at 250 meters above sea level. To observe the next fountain, we will go up to the top of Cerro San Antonio, which has a spectacular panoramic view, from where you can take photos and contemplate the third source of Piria that completes the trilogy, the famous Virgin Stella Maris, the descent can be done in chairlifts (not included).
We will continue along the Rambla de Piriápolis from the Port to Punta Colorada, we will take the opportunity to see the La Cascada Park, the Museo de la Fauna Castillo, formerly the residence of Don Piria .
Then, we will go through the Sugar Loaf Mountain, and a zoo that houses diverse native Uruguayan fauna (not included) with a children`s playground. There we culminate with this relaxing excursion and return to the central hotels of Punta del Este.
