- Physical Demand: Easy travel options require moderate physical effort given that during the day you walk for a maximum of 2 consecutive hours on fairly flat terrain. We will stop as many times as necessary depending on the pace of the group. Travelers who want to take active excursions will find other more demanding ones and in order to enjoy these hikes it is essential to be in shape before arriving. All the trails covered in the programs are below 1,000 meters high, so there is no risk of complications related to altitude.
