Our experience begins at 08:00 am with the pick-up from the central hotels of the province of Mendoza, to go to Gualtallary, where the Domaine Bousquet Winery is located, the most organic winery in the world located in the Andes.
In this establishment, we will be able to taste wines from the subway canva, carry out gourmet tastings (Premium Pinot Grigio, Premium Rosé, Premium Sauvignon Blanc, Premium Chardonnay Torrontés, Premium Cabernet Sauvignon) with chocolate pairing, feel like wine makers and enjoy the mountain landscape that accompanies this area. A characteristic of this space is that they operate under the modality "from the orchard to the table" and therefore, they use fresh products.
Around midday, we will be at the Andeluna Winery, one of the main wineries in the region, famous for its excellent cuisine and its quality wines. It is immersed under the impressive landscape of the Andes Mountains and at the base of the Tupungato Volcano. In this space, you will enjoy a delicious six-step lunch accompanied by its prestigious wines (Andeluna 1300 Sauvignon Blanc - Andeluna 1300 Chardonnay - Andeluna Altitud Malbec).
After lunch, you will continue to Salentein Winery, located in the heart of the Uco Valley, 1200 meters above sea level. It has a particular design of 4 wings and a two-level cellar, which converge in a central chamber that simulates an "amphitheater". It is well known and visited due to its architecture, its artistic proposal, the gastronomic and hospitality experience, and obviously, for its high altitude wines (Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc y Chardonnay).
Finally, after almost 9 hours, we will return to the center of Mendoza and leave you at your centrally located hotel.
