Details of Day Tours

This excursion begins at approximately 7 a.m. in the Port of Buenos Aires, from where the ferry to Colonia del Sacramento will depart about an hour and a half later. It departs from the port at approximately 8:30 a.m. and, during the trip, you will get beautiful views of the city of Buenos Aires as the ferry moves away from the coast. and you will be able to use all the ferry facilities.

After about an hour of travel, we will be arriving to Colonia del Sacramento in Uruguay and from here we will go to the Historic Neighborhood of the city to take a walk guided by a local guide. This will be on foot through its picturesque cobblestone streets where the guide will tell us about the history behind this city and we will visit attractions such as the Portón de Campo, the Street of Sighs, the Lighthouse, among others.

Once the guided tour through the Historic District of the city is finished, we will go to the Mesón de la Plaza restaurant where we will have lunch.

After lunch, you will have free time to explore the city and observe the beautiful colorful houses, their facadesand the typical lanterns. Lose yourself in the cobbled streets of the city and marvel at each of its corners.

The The return ferry leaves from the port of Colonia to the port of Buenos Aires at 6:00 p.m., so you must arrive at the port of Colonia an hour and a half in advance.
