Historical Walking Tour With Tea Break

This private tour begins at the previously agreed upon time and departure point. The latter can be in central hotels, in the Basilica or in Portón de Campo, which is where the tour begins. During the walk we will explore places of historical relevance in Colonia del Sacramento such as the Basilica del Santísimo Sacramento, one of the main architectural symbols of the city; the Ruins of the House of the Governors and the Bastions and Bastions, which are the fortifications that protected the city in times of war. In addition, we will visit the old gate of the citadel and the wall, the Street of Sighs, a cobbled street with a variety of legends and ideal for taking photographs, the City Lighthouseand theRuins of the San Francisco Xavier Convent. After approximately two hours, we will go to a cafeteria overlooking the Río de La Plata where we will enjoy a complete snack to end the afternoon and close the tour.
