Departing from Pucón, we will embark on a journey to the Araucanía region, where the impressive Lake Budi, located 190 kilometers away, awaits us with open arms. In the Communities of Puerto Saavedra and Puerto Domínguez, we will discover a fascinating world of ancestral traditions and deep-rooted Mapuche customs.
Upon arrival, we will be greeted by the warm hospitality of the community, who will invite us to explore their ways of life, marked by harmony with nature and respect for their ancestors. In the cozy "Rukas," the traditional wood and coirón homes, we can immerse ourselves in the architecture and history of this ancient people, listening to stories and legends passed down from generation to generation.
During our stay, we will witness the preservation of the Mapudungun language, the soul of Mapuche culture, and we will marvel at the wisdom contained in every word and expression. In addition, we will participate in everyday activities, such as food preparation and crafts, which will allow us to better understand this community`s way of life.

After our stay in the community, we will return to Pucón, stopping
in the charming city of Carahue.
Here, we will learn about the history and importance of the area as a Mapuche navigation route and its reputation as a cultivation area for the famous "Caraguina" potato.
We will conclude our day full of discoveries and enriching experiences, taking with us unforgettable memories of our Immersion in Mapuche Culture and the culinary feast we shared together.
