AFTERNOON IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH DINNER SHOW: 

• Reception: welcome with mate, fried cakes and coffee. 
• Sheep herding with dogs and shearing demonstration. 
• Visit to the Old Shearing Shed + Walk along the “Arroyo Calafate” trail with interpretation of flora. Mulled wine at Mirador del Arroyo with tasting of confit lamb. 
• Tour of the organic garden and the first buildings of the Estancia. Local artisan weavers show us the process of spinning and weaving by hand. 
• Video screening in recognition of pioneer families. 
• Folklore show by local artists (tour of the country`s typical dances). 
• Dinner at the “El Quincho” Restaurant: Welcome drink, Starter, Main Course and Dessert. 
• Pick-up: 4:30 p.m./Drop-off: 10 p.m.
