An Equestrian Adventure on Cerro Frías
The experience begins according to your chosen schedule with pick-up from your hotel in downtown El Calafate, taking you directly to Estancia Alice, just 20 kilometers from the city. Once there, we will prepare for our exciting 2-hour horseback ride.
The tour begins by crossing a picturesque meadow before beginning the ascent along the mountain road. In just 30 minutes, the views open up to reveal a breathtaking panorama of the Centinela Valley and, with luck, the majestic Torres del Paine in the distance.
As we gain altitude, we will explore the higher fields of the hill. Here you will have the opportunity to observe the local fauna up close, including ranch cattle and wild animals such as guanacos, foxes, armadillos, and hares.
Upon reaching the highest point of our excursion, we will begin the descent back to the estancia. Once back at Estancia Alice, you will have free time to explore its facilities and enjoy a well-deserved lunch, snack, or dinner, depending on the option you have chosen.
Finally, we will return comfortably to your hotel in the city center, full of memories of an unforgettable horseback ride through Patagonia.
