From 9 AM we will pick up the passengers from the selected hotels in Coquimbo or La Serena to go to the distillery and artisan fish shop Los Nichos. This pisco shop is located in the town of Pisco Elqui, which has a warm microclimate and where you can enjoy 300 days of sunshine a year.
In the Pisquería Los Nichos we will take a guided tour where we will learn about the process of making pisco, the distillates that are prepared here and we will also be able to take 3 tastings of their delicious varieties.
After the visit we will have time to have lunch at a local restaurant, which will wrap us up in a country and cozy atmosphere.
We will continue our journey after lunch to the city of Vicuña, where we will visit the Capel Pisco Plant. Here we will visit the production plant, its museum, and optionally we will have the opportunity to prepare cocktails with this drink.
After this entertaining visit we will be returning to our selected hotels in La Serena or Coquimbo.
