Whether you're a novice or a cooking enthusiast, this small-group culinary dining experience in Puerto Iguazu is going to be fun and entertaining, and will also give you a unique glimpse into the country's culture. Expert hosts will enlighten you with local knowledge, such as the best cuisine in the city and local Argentinian customs. It is recommended that you participate in this dining experience at the beginning of your trip. 


Why not start your night one hour earlier for the Wine Cocktail Experience? You will not only taste world-renowned wines but also learn how to make three wine-based cocktails, before making your own.  Enjoy the selection of homemade Pacu Tartar (a South American & fine fish) and Manioc chip chosen to perfectly complement each and every drink. 


After suiting up with an apron and a chef's hat, you'll be taught how to make a traditional "empanada". Then, use your imagination and take part in a creative empanada-making competition with fantastic prizes! You’ll also enjoy a picada, typical Argentinian appetizer composted of fine delicatessen and cheeses accompanied with warm bread.

Learn how to order a juicy "bife de lomoin Spanish, some of Argentina's best steak. Indulge in your cooked-to-order steak accompanied by a variety of oven-roasted vegetables. Teen, you will be served a pre-desert, a delicate combination of cheese and sweets, followed by a typical desert: alfajores, a sweet treat that combines a biscuit with dulce de leche (caramel), melted chocolate fondue and coconut shavings – a combination sure to delight your senses! During your meal, you will be served the famous high range Zuccardi line of wines.


You'll also learn about the history and etiquette of mate drinking, one of Argentina's national pastimes, as you prepare this tea drink from scratch with your group and taste the subtle flavors of your creation.

You’ll leave this dining experience feeling like a true Argentinian food expert!
