What steps do we follow to achieve our and your goals?
In first instance, we seek the possibility of establishing a connection with the interested person to be able to understand their likes and interests:
How many days do you have for your trip?
What would you like to do during your trip?
What activities do you enjoy doing?
What expectations do you have?
With all of this information, a member of our team will create a draft of your perfect trip for your visit to Argentina that will be emailed to you. Then we contact, if possible by telephone (this can be by email, it is the customers decision) to discuss the plan. After the discussions, we make the necessary modifications that will make your trip a dream from start to finish.
Once the trip is planned, then begins the second stage of our job. This includes looking after you during your holiday in Argentina, from the moment that you arrive in the country to the moment you say goodbye.
Once the adventure is over, our team will remain in contact for the third stage. We want to know if the trip was enjoyed as you had hoped and with the feedback provided we will be able to continually improve our service.
