Very early in the
morning, we will pick you up from the hotel located in Cusco, to go
towards the train station of Ollantaytambo. From this point, you’ll
board the Train Expedition on a journey of 1.5 hours to the
town of Aguas Calientes. During the way, you will have the opportunity to
admire amazing mountains landscapes. Upon arrival, you’ll take a bus to Machu
Picchu Citadel, and have free time to walk around this amazing archeological
site.

Historical and Cultural Heritage in 1981, this impressive Inca citadel
was built under the domains of Inca Pachacutec in the
fifteenth century, and started the expansion of the empire, called Tahuantinsuyo.
You’ll meet our professional
guide at the front door, at 11:30 am, to start the guided tour to the
wonderful Machu Picchu Historic Sanctuary. You will enjoy exploring
the Lost City of the Incas for 2.5 hours, learning about this ancient
civilization, and looking around its beautiful landscape.
The citadel was made
with huge stones which fit together perfectly, creating spectacular landscapes.
We will walk through their streets, avenues, as well as places that were used
for agriculture and religious rites. Without a doubt, the Incas had unique

Then, you’ll have time
to take beautiful pictures, and walk throughout this fantastic place, or you
have the option to back to the town of Aguas Calientes to have

At the arrange time, you
should back to the train station of Aguas Calientes, to get back to the train
station of Ollantaytambo. Upon arrival, a bus will transfer you
until El Regocijo Square in the city of Cusco, one
block away from the Main Square.
