The Tierra Viva Cusco Saphi hotel is located in the beautiful city of Cusco, a few streets from the main square and near tourist attractions such as Saqsayhuamán. 

The house has spacious rooms, a stone-built water fountain and two interior patios. Next to the entrance of the hotel is the dining room where the buffet breakfast is served.

The rooms are located around the interior patios, with large windows through which the color of the Peruvian highlands enters. Also, they are equipped with flat screen TV, desk, private bathroom and heating.

The property is decorated with designs of the artisans of Cusco in addition to being surrounded by plants, flowers and trees of the Andes. It is located very close to two of the most emblematic squares of the city of Cusco, the Plaza de Armas and the Regocijo, and at the Church of Santa Teresa, from the end of the 17th century, and of surprising baroque style.
