We will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco to begin a fascinating tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
The first stop will be in Chinchero, a picturesque Andean town renowned for its textile traditions. We`ll visit a local workshop where you`ll learn ancestral weaving techniques, natural dyeing methods, and the use of traditional fibers that have been preserved for generations.
We will continue to Moray, one of the most striking archaeological sites in the region. Its impressive circular terraces were used by the Incas as an agricultural experimentation center, where they adapted crops to different microclimates.
Finally, we`ll visit the famous Maras Salt Mines, a spectacular complex of over 3,000 salt ponds fed by a natural spring. This unique landscape, used since pre-Incan times, offers some of the most iconic views in the Sacred Valley.
At the end of the visit, we will return to the city of Cusco and drop you off near the Plaza de Armas or at your hotel.
