Get ready for a
kayak experience that will take you to the very essence of Chilean Patagonia!
The Kayak Gray in the
Lago Gray is a unique opportunity to explore, get excited and connect
with nature in a way that only Patagonia can offer.
This adventure of
kayaking lasts approximately 2.5 hours and has departures every day at 09.00 hrs, 11.00 hrs, 14.00 hrs and 1700 hrs,
always subject to weather and wind conditions.
Arriving at
base camp, our expert guide will give us all the necessary equipment : neoprene suit, jacket and
waterproof boots, poogies (kayak gloves), skirt and vest
life jacket. Then we will have the safety talk on land where we will learn
our kayak, the paddle, the route and the weather conditions. Once ready
We can only surprise ourselves and enjoy.
We will carry our
kayak for about 20 meters to the boarding area. The Lake Gray is almost 17 kilometers long and 4 wide, it has
several capes, peninsulas, inlets and is fed mainly by the
glacier. In this experience we will go along the east side of the ice wall, where we have different points
for an unforgettable experience. From the water we will see ourselves immersed in a

During the first
part of the adventure, we will paddle near large icebergs
floating, creating a surreal and magical scenario, and then
head towards the eastern tongue of Gray Glacier
that will take you to enjoy and contemplate this spectacular scenery that
offers the place next to impressive walls of giant ice.

How to Get There:
1st Option: From Puerto Natales. you must arrive
until the Sailing Sail on Lake Grey, on the Catamaran Gray III. Yeah
leaves at 10.00 am, check in is at 09.00 am, arrive at base camp
at 11.00 am for the first excursion.
