We will begin our adventure around 8:45 AM traveling for an hour along the famous Pan-American Route to the town of Pargua, where we will embark on a ferry that will take us to Chacao, the gateway to Chiloé Island.
The town of Chacao is one of the oldest on the island, founded in 1567. It has a Plaza de Armas where we can appreciate the curious and picturesque typical buildings. We will also visit its colorful fort and its wooden Church, one of the 150 Churches that we can find in Chiloé.
We will continue on our way to the city of Ancud, where we will reach the viewpoint of the Huaihuen hill, and we will continue visiting the beach of Arena Gruesa, Fort San Antonio, the interactive and Artisan Museum of the city, the Municipal Market, the Center and Costanera Avenue. While we travel through these places we will listen to the stories and myths of one of the largest islands in South America, mythological and magical stories that will be told by our guides and will take us to the interesting world of the unknown that surrounds Chiloé.
In the afternoon, after this incredible visit, we will return to Puerto Montt or Puerto Varas at approximately 6 PM.
