In the mid-morning, we will pick you up from your centrally located accommodation in Puerto Madryn and head to the charming town of Trelew, where Estancia Las Bardasawaits us. This vineyard had its first harvest in the year 2022, and stands out for its artisanal Pinot Noir and Syrah wines and its olive groves.
We are going to walk through the olive groves, where they will tell us how the Estancia produces olives, olive oil and how the entire process of the olive plantation and harvest to the final products for sale is carried out, including milling, pressing, preservation and labeling.
Once the visit has been made by the olive groves, we will stop by the winery. Local winemakers will guide us through the different stages of wine production, from the grape harvest to bottling. We will be able to see the entire development of the grapes, they will tell us about the entire fermentation process, with terminologies that define the stages of production and their tools, we will be able to see the barrels where they are reserved, and they will tell us about their best-selling wines.
After this visit and Entering into context with the whole production of wine and olive oil, we will have the opportunity to taste the wines produced in the vineyard. There is nothing better than ending the whole experience with the final product.
