The tour starts at 6:00 p.m. at the Plaza de los Pioneros in the city of El Calafate. Once there, we will meet the guide, who will be waiting for us with an empanada and a glass to taste the first strain of a Patagonian wine. In relation to this, the guide will tell us how the wine industry originated in the southern region of Argentina.
We will begin our walking tour to learn a little about the history of the city and we will walk along Libertador Avenue, Perito Moreno Square, the parish, the municipality, among others.
We will continue towards the first house in town where we will taste the second variety of wine and we will head to the Pasaje Soto. While we move to the aforementioned passage, the guide will explain the evolution of the town and once there, we will taste the third wine while they tell us who was the character who gives the place its name.
Then we will go to the Parks Intendancy and the guide will explain the role and importance of the National Parks for the development of the city of El Calafate.
Finally, we will arrive at the Wine Store, where they will be waiting for us with a cheese board and a Patagonian sparkling wine, to make a toast to tour closing mode.
