The tour will start early in the morning from El Bolsón in comfortable vehicles, which will allow you to appreciate the sunrise. Our team of expert guides will be there to welcome you and share the experience.
As we make our way to the Loma del Medio, you will learn about the history and importance of the Río Azul to the region. You will discover that its name comes from the blue hues that the water takes on due to the melting glaciers, creating a spectacular view that seems to come from a painting.
When you reach Mirador del Rio Azul, you will have panoramic views of mountains and lush forests. It is the perfect place to take pictures and enjoy a moment in contact with nature.
The first stop will be Los Alerces Campground. There you will walk along trails surrounded by centenary trees. Our guide will point out the diversity of flora and fauna that inhabits the area, from majestic larch trees to native birds.
As we continue our journey, we will arrive at the Río Azul Campground, which has walkways to cross to the other coast, where we can see Cerro Tres Picos in the distance and Cerro Piltriquitrón in front of us.
At this point of the trip, we will take a break to have lunch, prepared with local products.
At the end of the excursion, we will return to El Bolsón.
