On this tour we will enjoy two facets of the Calhetas area: relaxing and swimming on the beach, in addition to discovering historical details through a  cultural walk.

The historical tour takes place during the walk in buggy along the calhetas beach, in the Cabo San Agustín, where we will pass by the Fuerte Castillo del Sea and the Ruins of the Convent of the Carmelites.

Then we will make a stop to rest and swim in its beautiful waters.

Details of Day Tours

The tour begins with the pick up of the passengers at the hotels to head towards the Calhetas Beach.

At When we arrive, we will enjoy a buggy ride (optional) where we will learn a little local history. The cultural tour passes through the Church of Our Lady of Nazaré, the Mirador de Nazaré, the ruins of the Convent of the Carmelites, the Fuerte Castillo del Mar, Gaibu Beach , Praia dos Enseados and Xaréu Beach.

In addition to the adrenaline characteristic of this means of transport, the journey becomes a moment to enjoy the charming nature of the place. 

Then, we will make a stop to swim  on the beaches close to Calhetas, where we will also learn more about local culture and activities.

At the end, we will return to the passengers` hotels.
