Details of Day Tours

The excursion begins in the Calderón Park at approximately 08:00 a.m., and from there we will travel around 80 kilometers until we reach the Ingapirca Ruins, where you can admire several attractions, like the Face of the Inca, a stone sculpture that has resisted the passage of centuries and that testifies to the history of America. The tour of the ruins lasts approximately 60 minutes and is guided by trained experts.


Once this tour is finished, we will have a short break where we will take the opportunity to have lunch.


Then, we will go to Chordeleg where we will visit some of its < b>craft workshops. In them, we will mainly find ceramics, hand embroidery and jewelry.


As the last stop before heading back we have a visit to some local markets in Gualaceo. Here we will mainly find guinea pig, pork and mote, these being some of the typical delicacies that mark a gastronomic culture recognized on a national scale.


Once the desired purchases have been made, we will return to the city of Cuenca.
