We will pick you up at your hotel at the agreed time. It can be at 9:00 a.m. or in the afternoon at approximately 4:00 p.m. We will reconfirm the schedule together.
We will begin our tour of the beautiful city of Arica, also known as the City of Eternal Spring, due to its exquisite climate.
We will visit the San Marcos Cathedral, an architectural gem
in the Gothic style dating back to the 19th century. It was designed by French architect Gustave Eiffel in metal and wood,
it was brought from workshops in France and assembled in the city in 1876. It has been a National Monument since 1984, and a Historic Monumentsince 2002.
Another historical and architectural gem of the city is "La Casa de la Cultura" de Arica or
the building of theex- Arica Customs House. Also designed by Gustave Eiffel`s studio, its construction took place between 1871 and 1874, in Peruvian territory. It was declared a Historic Monument in 1977.
We continue with a tour of the beautiful waterfront and other places of great interest such as the former Scorpion Island and its fortification, which was declared a National Monument. lang="es-CL"> in 1985. In its fortification, we find archaeological remains that would show the settlement of pre-Hispanic settlements.
In addition, this area is ideal for water sports such as bodyboarding, surfing, diving, swimming, fishing, climbing, and sailing.

Very close to this place, we`ll find one of the main Balneario de La Lisera, the cradle of the fishing industry and the driving force of the city`s commercial activity.
From here, we`ll go up "El Morro de Arica", one of the most important topographical attractions of the city, this coastal hill
is about 130 meters high, located south of the urban area of Arica,
and is the city`s greatest tourist and symbolic landmark. It was declared a National Monument in October 1971.
This place will give us one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the surroundings. It is also one of the historical vestiges that recall the war episode that the country experienced in the 19th century, with a museum located at the top.
The rock, which belongs to the Coastal Mountain Range, was the main fortress in the War of the Pacific, where the Fort Ciudadela, Fort del Este, Fort Morro Gordo, and the Morro Bajo Naval Base stand out. You can see cannons, the bust of Colonel Pedro Lagos, and the Monument to the Unknown Soldier.
Finally, we will visit the most traditional places visited by locals: the Carlos Dittborn World Cup Stadium.
