They will pick us up at the central hotels in the Rock. Then, we will go along route 43 with a journey of 63km in a 4x4 vehicle until we reach the Villa de Antofagasta of the Sierra.
We will begin by touring this small town and getting to know its surroundings, until we reach the town of Antofalla, which is part of an indigenous community located at the foot of the Antofalla Volcano at 6400 meters above sea level and the Salar de Antofalla.
From the moment we begin the tour through Antofagasta to Antofalla, we will visit places of unique beauty and incredible panoramic views, such as the Laguna Colorada, the Quebrada del Diablo, the Colorados de Antofalla, and the Salar de Antofalla, recognized as the longest in the world.
After that, we will stop to see one of the most attractive tourist spots such as Ojos del Campo. These impressive geysers were left inactive in the middle of this spectacular salt flat. There we will be able to observe lagoon formations with their different contrasts of colors and fauna.
Afterwards, we will take a break for lunch in Antofalla and from there, we will return to the El Peñón hotels.
