The excursion starts by traveling 15 km along the left bank of Lake Lacar, reaching the Chapelco complex where we will be able to observe the Lanín Volcano.
We will be able to obtain impressive views of the valley and the Lacar Lake from the Pil Pil viewpoint, where we will be able to stop for a moment to take pictures and admire the landscape.
During the winter, we can rent the equipment to enjoy the snow as ski or snowboard, or opt for a walk with snowshoes. On the way back, we will pass by the lands of the Mapuche community Curruhuinca, and visit the small settlement called Puente Blanco.
Finally, in order to keep the best memory of San Martín de los Andes, we will visit the famous Arrayán Viewpoint circuit, where we will be able to see the whole city by Lake Lacar, and in the background, embellishing the panorama, we will find the Andes Mountain Range.
