Day 01
Reception at Trelew Airport and transfer to the hotel with guide in Spanish.
Accommodation: Selected hotel in standard rooms with breakfast included for 03 nights.-
Day 02
Regular excursion to Península Valdés with guide in Spanish.
We will visit the Center of Istmo C. Ameghino Interpretation Center where we can see an exhibition about the flora, fauna and geology of the place.
Other points to visit along the route are: Puerto Pirámide, a tourist village from where the boats for whale watching from June to December and nautical tours in summer; Caleta Valdés and Punta Cantor, depending on the time of year, to observe sea lions, elephant seals and Magellanic penguins starting in September, in addition to enjoying a unique landscape given by this very particular geological formation.
In addition, during the tour along the Argentine sea coasts there is the possibility of spotting orcas, depending on the fauna calendar. On the roads that we will travel and in surrounding fields we will also be able to observe a diversity of terrestrial fauna such as: guanacos, choiques, maras, armadillos or gray foxes.
Day 03
Regular excursion to Punta Tombo with dolphin watching with a guide in Spanish.
In the morning we leave for the penguin colony of the Punta Tombo Provincial Reserve. After a trip of around two and a half hours contemplating the Patagonian steppe, we arrived at the immeasurable penguin colony. 200 hectares of clay and sand that house thousands of caves where penguins lay their eggs and raise their chicks.
For approximately an hour and a half, we will walk along the trails among penguins and we will be able to appreciate the behavior of this friendly species.
The reserve has wildlife guards, toilets and a cafeteria.
In the afternoon we will do a dolphin watching in a wonderful navigation.
Then, we will return to the Puerto Madryn city at sunset.
Day 04
Transfer from the hotel in Puerto Madryn to the airport with guide.
