🍷 Trapiche Mendoza Winery – Gastronomic Experiences and Premium Tastings
🌿 Guided Winery Tour
The experience begins with a tour of Trapiche`s historic facilities, where visitors discover the winemaking processes, the philosophy of respect for the terroir, and the innovation that characterizes the brand.
During the tour, you will visit the old brick buildings, the stainless steel tanks, the French oak barrels and the impressive barrel room, while expert guides share the history and evolution of the winery founded in 1883.
At the end, you access the modern tasting area to enjoy one of the most complete sensory experiences in Mendoza.
🍽️ “Sea and Mountain” Experience
A menu that combines the best of the flavors of the coast and the mountains, where each dish has been designed to enhance the character of Trapiche wines.
The tasting includes a selection of Reserva and Terroir Series wines, carefully paired with dishes that incorporate seafood and regional meats and seasonal vegetables.
A perfect balance between freshness, texture, and depth, inviting you to discover the diversity of Argentine terroirs.
An ideal experience for those seeking a connection between gourmet gastronomy and precision winemaking.
🍇 Terroir Experience with Reserva Wine Pairing
The Terroir Experience pays homage to the different origins where Trapiche cultivates its vineyards: Mendoza, Neuquén, and Chapadmalal (Buenos Aires).
Through a three-course menu with Reserva wine pairings, the country`s contrasts are explored in every glass:
- Pinot Noir from San Patricio del Chañar, elegant and fresh.
- Chardonnay from Chapadmalal, with mineral and maritime notes.
- Blend from the First Zone of Mendoza, powerful and balanced.
Each dish —from roasted eggplant with garlic sauce, to ribeye steak with cauliflower and garden greens— has been designed to highlight the expression of the wine and tell a story of land, climate, and artisanal craftsmanship.
An experience that encapsulates the essence of Trapiche: respect for the terroir and passion for Argentine wine. Lunch also includes a visit to the winery, though not a wine tasting there.
