The tour begins in the city of Mendoza , from where we will head east towards the historic region of Maipú , considered the cradle of Argentine winemaking .
During the tour, visitors enter an area that preserves the essence of the country`s first wineries . Here, family traditions and techniques passed down through generations remain present at every stage of production, offering an authentic experience linked to the history of wine in Argentina.
Throughout the day, three important wineries in the region are visited, including renowned establishments such as Trapiche and Trivento (subject to availability) , belonging to the Zuccardi family . At each winery, the winemaking process is explored in detail, from vineyard work to aging and bottling , culminating in tastings that allow participants to appreciate the diversity of styles and grape varieties .
The experience continues with a visit to the Zuelo olive grove , where you will discover the world of olive oil and its production in the region, expanding the wine-related offering with another of Mendoza`s emblematic products.
To close the day, we will enjoy a lunch specially designed for the tour at the Pan y Oliva restaurant , a space that combines regional cuisine and local products , creating the perfect ending to a day dedicated to the flavors and traditions of Maipú.
