ITINERARY:
Day 1 - Arrival, Vale da Lua
- Arrival at the airport in Brasília (until 10 am)
- Transfer from Brasília to Alto Paraíso
- Lunch in Alto Paraíso
- Guided tour to Vale da Lua, an extraordinary lunar landscape of rocks sculpted by the São Miguel River.
- Transfer from São Jorge up to 25 miles (38 km) away, and entry to the selected inn.
- Sunset visit
Day 2 – Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park
- Cariocas Waterfall
- Breakfast at São Jorge inn
- 6 mile (10km) day hike through the Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park, visiting the impressive and ancient rock Gorges, Canion I II, and the beautiful waterfalls of the “Rio Preto” River.
We will stop to have a picnic lunch, and along the way, we will pass through the landscapes of Cerrado with its varied vegetation and fauna.

Day 3 - Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park
- Breakfast at your inn in São Jorge
- 5 mile (8km) day hike in the Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park.
The circuit goes through a gold mine with crystal quartz mines that gave rise to São Jorge.
During the tour, you will see vast typical vegetation with the important height of Cerrado.
We will stop to take a hydromassage bath in the waters of the Pedreiras Falls, one of the main attractions of the National Park, located in the rocky valley in which Rio Preto has a series of waterfalls and natural pools.
After having a picnic lunch, you will return to a path resplendent with quartz fragments of Cristal.
-Visit the relaxing hot springs near Água Quente.

Day 4 – Cataratas dos Couros
- Breakfast at the São Jorge inn
- Transfer to Alto Paraíso, 45 minutes away, to your inn of choice
- Transfer along 57km off-road routes, 1 hour 30 minutes.
We will visit the most impressive waterfalls of Chapada dos Veadeiros, Couros Falls, we will walk around 1.5 kilometers along the edge of the Couros River to the top of the mountain where the river has several outlets, forming several waterfalls and pools. We will go down to the middle of the mountain to appreciate its immensity.
- Return to Alto Paraíso in the afternoon
- Lunch in the afternoon in Alto Paraíso
Day 5 - Almécegas Falls and Return
- Breakfast at the Alto Paraíso inn
- Transfer to visit the Estancia de São Bento, walking about 1.5 miles (2.5 km) to the charming Almécegas 1, 150-foot-high waterfalls (50 meters) and then to the small waterfalls of Almécegas 2, for a brief refreshing swim in the extensive waters of the natural pools.

- Transfer to Brasília Airport
