After pick-up in central hotels in Ushuaia, we will go to the Tierra del Fuego National Park on board a comfortable bus equipped with air conditioning. On the way, we will appreciate the wonderful views of the lakes, lagoons and rivers as we travel along National Route 3. We will stop for a moment to enjoy the panoramic views of the Beagle Channel, the Ushuaia Peninsula and the Bridges, Willie and Les Eclaireurs archipelagos.
We will pass by the slope of Monte Susana and witness the historical work of the prisoners of the old prison, where the Ferrocarril Austral Fueguino (the End of the World Train) is now located.
We will continue for another 2 km before reaching the National Park and along the road surrounded by woods we will go to Lago Acigami, a lake of glacial origin framed by mountains and woods, where it is possible to see examples of native birds.
We will have 30 minutes free in the service area and then we will continue to the other park extreme, where National Route 3 ends, in Bahia Lapataia. We will find vestiges of the ancient aboriginal people that occupied the area and we will pass by some dikes built by beavers on a path that leads to Bahía Lapataia, at the end of the world
