The experience begins when passengers meet at the designated meeting point, where the team of guides awaits them with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the journey they are about to begin. After an informative talk about safety measures and the itinerary, they head together to Puerto Petunia, the starting point of this unforgettable excursion.
Located on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi, Puerto Petunia is a bay surrounded by native forests and with a privileged view of the Andes Mountains. There the boat awaits you ready to set sail, with everything ready to enjoy a comfortable and safesailing.
Once on board, the journey begins along the Campanario Arm, one of the most beautiful branches of the lake. The Brazo Campanario, less explored than other sectors of the Nahuel Huapi, is characterized by its tranquility and its virgin environment, ideal for disconnecting from the daily pace and reconnecting with nature.
During the navigation, the guides share interesting stories and facts about the flora, fauna and geography of the region, enriching the experience with information about endemic species and the history of the Nahuel Huapi National Park, the first in the country, created in 1934.
After approximately an hour of crossing, the boat anchors in Puerto Bueno Bay, a small cove hidden among forests of coihues and cypresses. There, in this serene and welcoming setting, passengers are offered a break to enjoy a hot infusion and croissants.
After this break, the return trip to Puerto Petunia begins. This excursion to Brazo Campanario is not only a lake crossing, but also a sensory journey through one of the most beautiful spots in Argentine Patagonia.
