Super Rugby
Super Rugby, formerly known as Super 15, Super 14 and Super 12, is the most important professional rugby championship in the Southern Hemisphere, consisting of teams from New Zealand, South Africa, Australia and from 2016 with teams from Argentina and Japan. The league had its origins in the Super 10 Championship of 1993 where they originally formed ten teams.
