The tour begins with the pick up of the passengers from their hotel in Bonito to go to the Blue Lake Cave, one of the postcards of the city.
Our contemplative and historical tour begins with a walk along a 300 meter trail. The path is formed by footprints that make it a natural formation that leads to the entrance of the cave. During the walk the guide will show you the native flora and fauna.
The descent to the cave is 200 meters, and is done by a staircase dug into the ground. We will go near the lake, but not inside it, as this is not allowed, which does not prevent us from being amazed by the intensely blue waters and beautiful stalactites that have inhabited the cave for thousands of years.
Fossils of saber-toothed tigers and giant sloths were found inside the lake.
The tour ends with a return to the passenger hotels in Bonito.
